Area Sales Engineer

We are currently looking for a sales representative, with technical education/background and expertise in general industrial automation.
It could be either a single person or a Company.

The main responsibilities are to introduce Microline to the local manufacturers and to discuss their needs. The person/Company will have a pricelist of the main standard products and will be fully supported by Microline to design customer based solutions.
The person/company will refer directly to the Sales Manager and will be supported by the Sales and Technical Department of Microline, whose people will be available to meet groups of Customers to discuss the most complex type of solutions.

Technical assistance

Technical service includes hardware (and eventually software) repairing and substitution, as well as calibrations.

Microline already has an online remote assistance service to connect directly to the testing equipment and solve configuration problems.
This service may be used also to give help coming directly from our headquarters in Italy.

We are looking for a Company who can give first assistance to the Customers.For more complex type of problems Microline has several technicians that are available to take their flights and reach the Customer within a short time.
