Leak test rig for heat exchangers
The test bench is suitable for both line-end and laboratory . It performs air and water tightness tests in high or low pressure.
For each type of equipment under test, it is possible to set a test procedure consisting of several test sequences that can be built directly by the user. The operator can also associates the characteristic parameters, which can be modified by himself.
The test sequences associated with the type of product and results are stored on a file or database.
HL100
HL100专用于检测热交换器中气体或液压回路的密封性。
它常用混合气做探漏气：氢气和氮气是不易燃烧并符合环保技术标准。

– 快速连接待检项目的接线柱进行检测;
– 预先校验密闭性，在一定真空或气压下是否有泄漏；

氮气- 充填设备：CN2 或CN2-D
CN2 或 CN2-D是对热交换器或其他压力容器充填液氮或其他无腐蚀性的气体的检测系统。
CN2是半自动的检测设备可通过建立一个简单可编程压力程序和一个手动按钮启动进行充填过程。
CN2-D更具先进性。它通过已设计好的自动程序完成充填工艺流程。当开启起动按钮后，它带有一个信号批示器将流过和停止的信号联续不断地传输给操作员。作为备用选择，个别的运行操作也可通过键盘选择或条码阅读。并将过程打印。
