Timer Testing Equipment is a complete set of testing equipment made around a Bosch pallet conveyor line.

The equipment checks operation of electro-mechanical, electronic and hybrid timers, with connections by Faston or printed circuit boards.

The complex nature of the product to be tested makes it necessary to distribute all the electrical safety and functional tests over a number of stations. The pallet solution is used to split long tests onto a number of lines in order to optimize production.

It is also possible to carry out functions that are not exactly tests, such as automatic marking of the tested pieces or mechanical re-positioning of the timer at the end of the test cycle.

timer_vaThe testing equipment for washing machines or dishwashers timer motor consist of a bench with two manually loaded identical posts and a management software to allow programming.
The sequence of tests regarding the testing system can be assembled directly by the user and all individual parameters can be associated to this sequence and subsequently modified.
The testing procedures are filed with an unequivocal code, associated to the type of product.

Two vision systems are used, one for each post, to analyze a limited area.
In this area are recognized the correct positioning of the connectors and the relevant block keepers.

The test programming is carried out through self-learning on a good product. The end user will be able to change freely the testing parameters to adapt them to prospective new needs.
Every product model which is a testing object will have its own definition of a series of personalized parameters
