Methods of measurement of touch current and protective conductor current
Defines measurement methods for d.c. or a.c. of sinusoidal or non-sinusoidal waveform, which could flow through the human body, and current flowing through a protective conductor.
The measuring methods recommended for touch current are based upon the possible effects of current flowing through a human body. In this standard, measurements of current through networks representing the impedance of the human body are referred to as measurements of touch current.

Fire Hazard testing
Glowing/hot-wire based test methods - Glow-wire apparatus and common test procedure
Specifies the glow-wire apparatus and common test procedure to simulate the effect of thermal stresses which may be produced by heat sources such as glowing elements or overleaded resistors, for short periods, in order to assess the fire hazard by a simulation technique.
The test described in this standard is applicable to electrotechnical equipment, its subassemblies and components, and may also be applied to solid electrical insulating materials or other solid combustible materials.
